I used a simple red card base I had in my stash and the DCWV Black & White Stack available at JoAnn.
I cut a piece of heart paper just under the card size, hand cut out two hearts using the black & white glittered paper from the stack, hand cut the rose using the same glittered paper. And used a lattice Bigz Die from Tim Holtz to cut out more black glittered paper. Hand cut out a sentiment from the stack and attached everything using my two favorite xyron machines. And then added a little bit of bling and ribbon.
