Paper Dream Catchers

Hi There!
Monique here to share my DCWV Design Team project.
I want to share with you this wonderfully fun project I made using DCWV's Paper Lace 6x6 stack, In Stitches Stack and Watercolor Stack all available at Hobby Lobby, List and link to supplies will be at the bottom of the post.

This Dream Catcher was made using a 6" round wood cutout where I glued on the butterfly paper from the DCWV In Stitches Stack to the front. On back I glued on various ribbon, ripped scrap fabric, yarn and the Feather cut outs. The feathers where cut on my Cricut Explore. Here is the project link for the feathers.I then used a piece of ribbon at the top in a loop to use to hang. I cut another piece of cardstock from the Watercolor Stack to glue to the back and to hide all the bits from the ribbon and twine. Lastly I added this fun orange yarn to the top to sides and back edges to complete the look.

For my next Dream Catcher I used a 5" Dream Catcher ring and the DCWV Paper Lace 6x6 stack. I first wrapped the ring in a fuzzy yarn to help adhere the paper easier to the ring and it looks cute. I next attached the paper lace page with glue then trimmed off the excess paper. Next I glued all the ribbons, yarn, fabric strips & twine to the back of my piece then added a loop at the top using the fabric strips. And finished it off using a mini pom pom trim.  Again I used the Cricut Explore to cut the feathers.
