My Entry The Play Date Cafe Challenge PDCC89 & Class

Here is my entry to The Play Date Cafe Challenge I just discovered thanks to The Crafts Meow.
Both are great blogs.

Sorry for the bad picture.

I am also teaching a class at called Texture Wow that uses a similar layout an techniques. Check my calendar to see when and where.

I used Recollections All Seasons 180 sheet Paper Paper pad for all the papers.
The flowers are also Recollections Mulberry Flowers that I painted with Ranger's Perfect Pearls Mists in Interference red. I dip my brush from the Perfect Pearls set in the bottom of the bottle and brushed it on the tips of the flower heavily then lightly on the entire flower to give it some shimmer.

I used Tim Holtz Distress Ink pad to brush along the bottom strip of paper. Color:Walnut Stain
And I used Ranger Glossy Accents to glue down the bling and accent bits on the paper.

You can learn more on how to create this canvas at a Texture WOW class at Michael's near you.
