DCWV Thanksgiving Centerpiece.

Hello all Monique, Misfit Crafter here to bring you a DCWV Design Team Project.
I am so happy with how beautiful this centerpiece looks.
I love how it turned out and how simple it was to do.

Here is a quick Video Look !

I used the DCWV Project Stack-Pumpkins available at Joann's Stores...it's not too late to make your own,
DCWV 12"x12" DIY Project Stack-Pumpkins
Not only does it make 6 pumpkins, 5 are used in my centerpiece, but it also gives you  42 leaves!

All I added was a Canvas Runner I got from the Dollar spot at Target, Two Leaf stems from Hobby Lobby and some lights that came with another DCWV stack. Two strings.

Here is a link to a Periscope I did that shows you how to assemble the pumpkins. Unfortunately there was a glitch that prevented me from downloading and editing the video so the only place you can watch it is on Periscope but no worries you can just skip to the part where I assemble the pumpkins.

DCWV & Eileen Hull Winter Wonderland Blog Hop!

Hi all Monique Leslie, Misfit Crafter here with another great day of blog hopping.
Be sure to start back at the DCWV blog to catch the Blog Hop in order so you can win a Stack.
So here is my project I am sharing today...

This was a simple and fun project using the Twist N Style tool by Sizzix & Eileen Hull.
And the DCWV Cranberry Christmas Stack.
This was made from a simple baby food jar and a strip of cardstock from the stack. I fussy cut out the little cardinal and hand cut out holly. I added some beads and glitter. Then used the Twist & Style tool to make the berries and handle. Added a little tea light and all done!

A little close up!

Winter Wonderland Blog Hop with DCWV &Eileen Hull

Hello everyone, hope everyone is having a great Friday. I am here bring you a little project I did for the Winter Wonderland blog hop featuring Eileen Hull & DCWV.
Be sure to hop along for a chance to win a DCWV paper stack by starting back over on the DCWV blog and commenting.

I loved making this Cone Treat Ornament...
I used the new Christmas Plaid stack by DCWV available at Jo-Anns now! I love the little Cardinals & the black patterned paper and all the foil detail on the most pages.

For this project we were asked to use a fun new tool from Eileen Hull that came out in the Spring. It's called the Twist & Style tool.

Here is a little video to tell you more about it and a closer look at how I used it just below the video.

I love how easy this tool is to use.
I used the Twist & Style to make the ornament handle with pretty twist details & to make the center of the flowers.

Hope you enjoyed my project...now don't forget to head over to the DCWV blog post for the hop so you can see the other wonderful projects & comment for a change to win a DCWV new Christmas stack.
